If you haven’t received your order within 14 days please notify us and if the tracking shows no recent updates we’ll get a reship sent right away!
If you’d prefer a refund you will have to provide us with your XMR or BTC wallet address so we can send the funds back.
We can’t accept returns for security purposes, but if you receive a faulty product or the wrong product we will ask you send a photo of the item/s so we can verify before sending a reship or refund.
