We will refund or reship any order where the tracking has been stuck for 14 business days or more.
If you’d prefer a refund instead of a reship, you will have to provide us with your BTC, LTC or XMR wallet address so we can send the funds back.
We can’t accept returns for security purposes, but if you receive a faulty product or the wrong product we will ask you send a photo of the item/s so we can verify before sending a reship or refund.
